safety The occurrence of cases of accidents in the workplace is no longer common knowledge. This case can happen anytime and anywhere because of the limited job security facility. It also can occur because of lack of understanding of the principle factors that need to be applied by the company in the matter. Health and safety philosophy of looking at each employee has a right to protection of a comfortable working life has not been fully understood by both management and employees alike. Because it is necessary to implant the soul that the safety and health is a form of employee needs.

Every effort is related to occupational safety and health will only be successfully implemented if both parties are employees of companies and synergistic cooperation and harmony. Each actor must be determined and disciplined minimize accidents. Companies need to have a goal to reduce the incidence of workplace accidents to zero. Benefits to the interests of safety and health of employees working in maximum and so did the company form of maximum profit.

Therefore, companies should:
(1) comply with occupational safety and health regulations issued by the government in compliance,
(2) establish procedures and manuals on how to handle safety,
(3) providing training and disseminating information on employee safety,
(4) provides the optimum safety,
(5) is responsible for the safety of employees,

Every company has a reasonable strategy to minimize and even eliminate the incidence of accidents among employees in accordance with the conditions of the company.

The main strategies that need to be applied by the company include:
a. The management needs to establish a form of protection for employees in dealing with work accident. Eg for financial reasons, the awareness of employees about occupational safety and corporate responsibility and the employee then the company may have a minimum level of protection that even the maximum.

b. The management can determine whether the regulations concerning work safety is formal or informal. Formally meant every rule stated in writing, executed and controlled in accordance with the rules. While informally stated are not written or convention and carried through training and agreements.

The management need to be proactive and reactive in the development of procedures and plans regarding employee safety and health. Proactive management means the continuous need to improve our procedures and plans according to the needs of companies and employees. While the meaning of reactive, management needs to resolve safety and health problems after an incident arises. The management can use the degree of safety and health levels of low job as a corporate promotional factor to a wide audience. This means that the company considered to be very concerned with occupational safety and health .***
